The following working bees will be held in preparation for the upcoming St Joseph's P & F Debutante Ball:

• Thursday, 21 March from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. - Shire Hall - to decorate the hall and set up tables and chairs.
• Friday, 22 March from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Shire Hall - to decorate the hall and set up the smoker's tent.

Note:  The working bee planned for Saturday, 16 March has been cancelled.

It would be wonderful to have as many volunteers as possible to help at the working bees - many hands make light work!  You don't need to come for the whole time, even if you can help out for an hour or two it would be appreciated.

Helpers are also required on the night of the ball to assist in the bar (these workers must have a current RSA), and from 9:00 a.m. the morning after the ball, to help clean up and pull down the smoker's tent.

We are also in need of donations of sweets for dessert at the ball.
